Andreev Nikolay Pavlovich

Doctor. He graduated from the course at Kazan University, served in Arkhangelsk, where he was in charge of the medical unit.

In 1883 he headed the hydrological work along the Murmansk coast as part of the expedition of the Naval Department.

In 1889, as a senior ship doctor, he participated in the hydrographic description of the west coast of Novaya Zemlya from Karmakul to Matochkin Shara on the Bakan schooner under the command of Captain 2nd Rank P. Ivanov.

Cape on the southern shore of the Gribovaya Bay. Named in 1889, by the officers of the schooner "Bakan".
