Bereznikov Vladimir Aleksandrovich

(1864 - 19.01.1919)

Valid State Councilor, Diplomat. He was vice-director of the department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.  

In the years 1893-1900 he was the consul of Russia in Hammerfest, in the years 1900-1907 he was the general consul of Russia in Sweden. He was a member of the commission on the equipment of the Russian-Swedish expedition of 1899-1902 on the degree measurement in Svalbard, in 1900 he visited Spitsbergen.

In 1916, the Russian Consul General in Marseilles and Bordeaux.

He died in France.
